Free pilot programme · Sylhet · before launch
We run a free mock test at your centre.
Before Institify launches, we are running free pilot tests with IELTS centres in Sylhet. Our team comes to your centre and 10 to 20 of your students sit a full mock test on locked computers. You see how the system works on the day. Then you tell us what to change.

Why a pilot
Help us get it right before launch.
Institify is nearly ready. Before we open it to everyone, we want to see it in real exam rooms and hear from the staff who will use it every week.
See it running in your own room
A video call only shows you screens. In a pilot, your own students and staff use it on your own computers.
Your students sit a full test
10 to 20 students sit a full test on locked computers, with timing and rules like the real exam.
You tell us what to fix
Afterwards we sit with you and write down what to fix and what is missing. We work from that list before launch.

Questions
About the pilot.
Anything else? Call, WhatsApp or email us and we will answer.
No. The pilot is free. Our team comes to your centre, sets everything up and runs the test with you. There is nothing to sign.
For now, yes. Our team travels to your centre, so pilots are in Sylhet only. If you are somewhere else, book a 30-minute online demo and we will show you the system on a video call.
Saturdays and Sundays, in the morning (10am to 2pm) or the afternoon (2pm to 6pm), Bangladesh time. Each slot goes to one centre, so the booking form only shows the slots that are still free.
Windows or Mac computers, one for each student, with an internet connection. We check the details with you on the planning call before the day.
Between 10 and 20. That is enough to see a real exam room at work, and few enough to finish in one slot.
No more than for any mock test. They sign in at their seat with details you give us, and the screen tells them what to do next.
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email or call us, and we will move you to another free slot.
See it run in your own exam room.
