Batches and classes

Batches with their own timetable.

Each batch meets on set days with its teacher and room. Change one class without touching the rest of the week.

  • Cancel or move a single class.
  • Put in a cover teacher or another room.
  • Add an extra or make-up class.
  • Holidays cancel the classes that fall on them.

Attendance

Take the register in class.

Mark each student present, late, excused or absent. When a student is absent, they get a text message, or an email if a text cannot go.

  • A warning goes out when attendance falls too low or absences run in a row.
  • Teachers get a reminder when a register has not been taken.

Course fees

Fees split into instalments.

The fee comes from the batch or the course, split into the instalments you choose. Students pay at the desk or online into your centre's own payment account.

  • Give a discount, with a reason written down.
  • Reminders and receipts go out by text message.
  • Overdue instalments are easy to see.
