About us

Built in Bangladesh, with IELTS centres.

Institify is made by Pxlhut, a small software team in Bangladesh. We build it with the centres that use it, and we are running free pilot tests with centres in Sylhet now.

Why it exists

A mock test should feel like the real exam.

A good mock test tells a student where they really stand. To do that it has to feel like exam day: a fixed time, a quiet room, no other windows open, and a fair mark.

Most centres run mocks on paper or on ordinary computers, and mark Writing and Speaking by hand. It works, but it takes days. And when a parent asks why a band is what it is, it is hard to show them.

Institify puts all of it in one system. You write a test once and reuse it. Students sit it on locked computers. Your teachers check every Writing and Speaking band. Batches, fees and the rest of the centre run in the same place.

How we work

What we hold ourselves to

Teachers make the final call

The system can suggest a band and explain it. A person at your centre always decides what the student sees.

Your students' data belongs to you

We keep it safe and use it only to run the service for your centre. You can ask for it back, or ask us to delete it.

It runs on the computers you have

The exam app runs on ordinary Windows and Mac computers. You don't need to buy special equipment.

We build it with centres

Features come from what we see in real exam rooms and front offices, starting with our pilot centres.
